The company or person name you type into the screener (processed in memory for the request, never stored); and, only if you submit the private-briefing form on the platform page, the business name, contact name, work email, optional phone and notes you enter, which are stored in the estate database (table sentinel_pro_leads) so we can reply. We do not require an account; we do not store your generated content after your request completes.
Content you submit is processed by the ATTOH LiteLLM gateway (task alias chat/medium) and its model providers solely to produce your output, under our processor agreements. It is not used to train models.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We hold a signed licence token in your browser's local storage to recognise your purchase; it contains no personal data beyond pseudonymous payment references.
To prevent abuse we keep short-lived, pseudonymous usage counters (licence hash, or IP address for the free tier, deleted within 48 hours).
Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing — email info@pharoahtechnology.co.uk. You may complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
