Free tier usage is limited per day. Paid plans are subject to a fair-use cap (currently 100 generations per calendar month) to keep the service sustainable. Lifetime licences are limited-availability and carry the same fair-use cap.
No unlawful content, no attempts to extract or abuse the underlying AI services, no automated scraping of the endpoints, no resale of outputs as a competing service.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud or matters that cannot be excluded under UK law.
England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of their country of residence.
